• Yes, I think so. The temperature then is 5-20C. Since the air is dry in Tibet, so you won't feel cold at all. You can just wear a long-sleeved T-shirt plus a jacket at days time. However, the temperature will drop a lot at night, so an additional wool sweater is also necessay for you.
  In addition, prepare some medicine for altitude sickness as well.
