  Apply hk I'd in Vancouver bc

  I live in Vancouver and I was born in hong kong but I lost my hk children I'd for long time ago. I am 30 years old. Just wondering can I apply hk smart Id in Vancouver or I can go back to hk and apply it there

• I was born in HK but immigrated in Canada, Vancouver since I was about 1 year old. Where can I apply for my HK Id and is there a difference between HK Id and HK Smart Id (are they the same?) Is it the 3380 Granville location or?? Thank you. AC

  you can apply the HK ID through the Chinese Embassy in Vancouver.
  it is at 3380 Granville Street.
  Hong Kong identity cards are issued in the form of smart cards
