Question about China Visa

  Proof of Legal stay

  Everywhere I read the same thing : If you are applying outside your country you need to present a proof of legal stay.
  
  What is considered a proof of legal stay?
  
  I am a Canadian living in the Philippines since 2012 without ever going back to Canada.
  I just extend my tourist visa. I have yearly rent on a condo, and I own a house in Samar.
  I have NBI clearance Philippines driving license I own a house in the Philippines, and I have bank accounts with statements.
  
  What more proof legal stay do I need?

• Do you have local resident permit? It is usually considered as the legal proof of ur stay there. If without it, I suggest you take the extended visa, bank accounts and driving license for a try! Generally, you can successfully get a visa.
