Question about China Visa

  can one person apply for marriage or do both have to be present

  I am in Australia and my intended lives in Macau if I come to Macau my Australian pension is affected after six weeks.So to save time for me can My future wife apply for marriage permission without me being there if I send her the documents required along with a photo copy of my passport for example
  Birth certificate
  Divorce certificate
  Death certificate
  photo copy of my passport
