Question about Guangzhou Yang Cheng Tong Card

  Can I refund the Yang Cheng Tong at Guangzhou Railway Station

  If I buy the Yang Cheng Tong at the Baiyun airport when I come to GZ, can I return and refund it at the GZ Railway station when I leave the city. Any deduction of the outstanding value from the crad & where is the refund location? Thank you.

• I am sorry that you cannot refund the card at GZ Railway Station. Instead, you can return it at Customer Service Centers. For instance, you can go to the one at Exit J, Gongyuanqian Metro Station, Metro 1 and 2.
  
  If the card is not damaged, you can get the deposit of CNY 20, and the balance. Otherwise, you can get a refund of CNY 5 and the balance. :)
