Question about Guangzhou Yang Cheng Tong Card

  Further question on the refund of Yang Cheng Tong at Guangzhou railway station

  I refer to the reply from Mia (IT) dated 30 Nov on my email on the refund of Yang Cheng Tong at GZ railway station. I understand the refund can be done at Customer Service Centers & not at GZ railway station. Is there a refund center at GZ railway station? or I need to go to other stations as mentioned. (For instance, you can go to the one at Exit J, Gongyuanqian Metro Station, Metro 1 and 2.)

• Hi, dear! There is no refund center at GZ Railway Station. You need to go to other stations, such as Exit J, Gongyuanqian Metro Station. I hope my clarification will help you! :)
